1. Shipping Destination & Currency

Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to the United States. All transactions, shipping calculations, and product prices are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Shipping Cost:  Free Shipping

To keep your shopping experience simple and transparent, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden fees, no minimum purchase requirements, and no additional handling taxes applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

We work efficiently to ensure your packages are securely prepared and dispatched. Please take note of our timeline:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes quality inspection, packaging, and sorting.
  • Transit/Delivery Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 16 Business Days from the date of purchase.

*Please note: Shipping operations do not run on weekends or official federal holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or DHL). You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s official portal within 48 hours of dispatch.

5. Address Amendments & Cancellations

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@slek.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters the processing or shipping phase, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service and neighbors first.
